Custom & Personalised Products
Most of our products are custom-made based on the details provided by the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure that all names, dates, spellings, uploaded artwork, logos, images, and engraving instructions are accurate before submitting your order.
Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Artwork & Design Approval
If artwork or design approval is required, production will only begin once the customer has approved the final design. Any delays in approval may affect estimated production and delivery times.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully. Pingrave is not responsible for errors approved by the customer during the proofing process.
Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice.
Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders where incorrect pricing has been displayed due to technical or administrative errors.
Production Time
Production times vary depending on product type, order quantity, seasonal demand, and artwork approval.
Estimated production times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Unexpected delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery schedules.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver throughout Australia using trusted shipping partners.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence after production has been completed.
Pingrave is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, public holidays, weather events, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk in the products passes to the customer upon dispatch.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address, contact information, engraving details, and artwork are correct before placing your order.
Pingrave is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our products, custom-made items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded simply because you change your mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error caused by Pingrave, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photographs to assess the issue before offering a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
We will review your claim and work with you to provide a suitable resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Customer Supplied Artwork

You agree to indemnify Pingrave against any claims arising from copyright infringement, trademark disputes, or intellectual property violations relating to customer-supplied content.
Product Variations
As many products are handcrafted or engraved onto natural materials such as timber, leather, acrylic, or metal, slight variations in colour, grain, engraving depth, and finish may occur.
These natural variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pingrave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected product.
